Warranty Information

WHAT DOES IT COVER?

PERLESMITH guarantees its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a Limited Warranty Period of 1 to 5 years, depending on the product type you own.

The Limited Warranty Period begins on the original date of purchase and only applies to products purchased direct from us or from an authorized reseller.

The Limited Warranty does not cover issues caused by the incorrect installation of the product. If it is determined that the failure of the product was caused by modification, misuse, or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. 

The Limited Warranty covers the cost of shipping replacement parts but does not cover additional costs relating to the removal or replacement of defective parts or products.

The Limited Warranty is voided if your product is modified, improperly installed, used beyond its stated Max load, or otherwise misused or abused. Perlesmith products are intended for indoor use only. Outdoor use voids the Limited Warranty.

HOW TO REQUEST A CLAIM

For warranty support, please call us toll-free at 800-556-6806 or email us at supportus@perlesmith.com. When contacting us, please include the following information:

  1. Where the product was purchased.
  2. The original order number and/or receipt.
  3. Your name and address.
  4. The model number of the product.
  5. A complete description of the problem and the part number from the manual.

 

This information will help us to expedite the process and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
